Whether you call us or we contact you, if you have a track record of delivering within your chosen field we would be delighted to work with you. We want to have an initial conversation and get a copy of your up-to-date cv as quickly as possible.

 

Review CV

We will take time to review this critical document and feed back our thoughts to you. We never alter cvs but we do offer advice on how the document can be improved either in layout or content so that it represents you honestly and effectively.

 

Informal Telephone Interview

Once we have your cv we conduct a telephone interview with you to go through more detail concerning what you have done in the past and what you are interested in for the future. This enables us to be better prepared for the next stage which is a face-to-face interview.

 

Face-to-Face Interview

This can be conducted either at our offices or at a mutually convenient location. During this discussion we will go into detail regarding your achievements, strengths and development needs, qualifications and any other critical aspects within your cv. We will also explore with you your career aspirations and individual requirements.

At this stage we will explore specific roles and also discuss particular companies with you that you might be interested in working with.

We will be honest and open with you throughout, sharing our thoughts on your strengths and weaknesses and using our experience to manage your expectations.


Develop Individual Action Plan

We recognise that every individual has unique and specific needs and aspirations. Based on the details gathered in the previous stages we will develop an Individual Action Plan with you. This will highlight the most appropriate roles to focus on and the companies that we should approach on your behalf.

 

Submit to Specific Role

If there are specific roles we are already working on that interest you we will forward your details to the relevant person. We will never forward your cv to a company without discussing it with you first.

 

Support with Preparation

Our consultant will work with you on any aspect of preparation that you would like help on. That might include company research, interview preparation and assessment centre preparation.

We do not believe in "prepping" candidates. We want you to be yourself throughout all of these processes. However we do recognise that looking for a new job can be daunting and we will support you though the process wherever we can.
